Delete Your Account

Zor: Calorie & Workout Tracker

You can permanently delete your Zor account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app. This page explains how, and what is deleted.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open the Zor app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the account section and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

Can't access the app?

Email support@getzor.app from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify ownership and complete the deletion.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data tied to it, including:

• Your profile (name, email, photo, body stats, and goals)
• Food and nutrition logs
• Workouts, templates, and history
• Body measurements and weight history
• Progress photos

This action is immediate and cannot be undone. Deletion cascades across our systems so no personal data is retained.

What is kept, and for how long

We do not keep your personal data after deletion. Residual copies in encrypted system backups are purged automatically within 30 days. Records we are legally required to retain (for example, tax or transaction records related to a subscription purchase) are kept only as long as the law requires.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can remove individual items — food entries, workouts, or progress photos — directly in the app without deleting your whole account. For help, contact support@getzor.app.
