Effective August 23, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Zor (“we”, “us”) for your use of the Zor app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We keep them short and specific.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zor. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You sign in with Apple or Google; we don’t use passwords. You’re responsible for keeping access to that sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Zor is a tracking and estimation tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, health, nutritional, or other professional advice. Calorie targets, macro splits, maintenance estimates, and similar figures are general information, not a treatment plan. Always consult a qualified professional before starting, changing, or stopping any diet, exercise, or health program — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition or eating disorder. You use Zor at your own discretion and risk.
Food recognition from photos, nutrition-label scans, and typed descriptions is produced by automated AI and is approximate. Calorie and macro estimates can be wrong. Always check important values against a reliable source, and don’t rely on them for medical decisions.
Personal tracking is offered on a subscription (“Zor Premium”), billed monthly or yearly. New accounts get a free trial of personal tracking without a payment method; when the trial ends, continued access requires a subscription or a valid access code.
Subscriptions are sold as Apple In-App Purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or from the “Manage subscription” link in the app.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may change over time; we’ll seek your consent for a price increase where required. Except where the law or Apple’s policies require otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
We may issue single-use, time-limited codes (for example, through a gym or coach) that grant access for a set period. Codes have no cash value, can’t be transferred or resold, and may be voided if obtained or used improperly.
Zor lets coaches and clients connect. Coaching is a relationship between those users — we are not a party to it, do not employ or endorse any coach, and are not responsible for the advice, conduct, or results of a coach or client. If you connect a coach, you allow them the access described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
Don’t use Zor to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or harm anyone. Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems, and don’t resell or misrepresent the service. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or risks harm to others or the service.
Your logs and entries are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and sync that content so the app works for you (including sending food photos or text to our AI provider to return an estimate, as described in the Privacy Policy). We don’t sell your content or use it for advertising.
The Zor app, its name, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
This agreement is between you and Zor only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. To the extent required, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it against you. You also agree to comply with the Apple Media Services / App Store Terms of Service that apply to your use of the App Store.
Zor is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We don’t guarantee any particular health, fitness, or weight outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Zor. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we’ll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Zor after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
